Do you need my password?

Never. We only need the public link to your profile, post or video. Anyone who asks for your password is not OGviral.

How do I add money to my wallet?

Open Add funds, choose an amount and pay. Your balance updates automatically once the payment is confirmed.

How long does an order take?

Most orders start within minutes. Larger orders are delivered gradually so they look natural. You can follow progress on your Orders page.

Is it safe for my account?

We never log in to your account and never ask for your password. You only share a public link, and you stay in full control of your page.

What if my numbers drop?

Services marked with refill are topped up for free during their refill period. Open the order and tap Refill.

Can I cancel an order?

While an order has not finished, you can ask to cancel it from your Orders page. Anything that was not delivered goes back to your wallet.

Do you have an API for resellers?

Yes. Create an API key on your account page and connect your own panel or script.
